I ordered pink boxes but the lids came clear u like all the others i have bought from here. Inconsistant. I was in no rush to get them but they took longer than stated, understandably. Delivered with Yodel with tracking and i rescheduled the delivery date which was helpful. Very veey very well packaged with a healthy amount of bubble wrap and then within a box. These can be brittle in different weather so i appreciate that and they have improved their packaging since the last delivery of the same boxes. I never had an issue but some reviews highlighted delivery damage and the company/ies made a good call. Thanks

I have order this twice so first it was delay due covid around 10 days. so second order item so annoying with all staffs keep say will look into it but nothing happen more than 10 days. so I asked for refund and compensation but they stopped respond me!!!! I can;t believe it so, i decide put this review as how they so rude to ignored my message WHERE IS THE ITEMS BUT YOU DONT WANT TO REFUND ME. disgusting

All the boxes arrived perfectly. I ordered 10 110L. Well packaged with giant bubble wrap in boxes of 5. Delivery with Tuffells was 2 and a half weeks understandably. I am happy.

Happy with product and excellent service received in immediately replacing cracked lid.

Product was good quality however the delivery was guaranteed next day delivery it said multiple times it took about over a week however durning this time delivery is expected to slower.

I was very pleased with the efficiency of the company. However the plastic box arrived in a large cardboard box which was damaged in one corner. When opened the corner of the plastic was also damaged. On emailing the problem to Customer Services a new box was sent the following day.
